2. Nature of the Website and No Client Relationship
2.1. The Website is intended for general information and marketing purposes only. It provides an overview of our practice areas (including but not limited to business setup, M&A, management consulting, crypto licensing and regulatory services, banking, Golden Visa and real estate advisory). · both parties have signed a written engagement letter, proposal, or service agreement setting out the scope and terms of our services.

· does not guarantee any particular financial, tax, investment, or commercial outcome arising from any restructuring, acquisition, disposal, or strategic decision.
9.2. Any decision by government authorities, regulators, free zone authorities, banks, or other institutions remains entirely within their own discretion and outside our control.
9.3. You remain solely responsible for your own business and investment decisions. You should obtain independent legal, tax, investment, and financial advice where appropriate.
10. Special Notice on Crypto and Virtual Assets

12.2. To the extent that we are found liable to you in connection with the Website notwithstanding the above, our aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims shall not exceed AED 1,000.
12.3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GulfArabia, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and consultants from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.
16.2. Subject to any mandatory law providing otherwise, the courts of the Emirate of Dubai (non-DIFC) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

17.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GulfArabia in relation to your use of the Website and supersede all prior understandings or agreements relating thereto.
17.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17.3. No Waiver: Failure or delay by GulfArabia to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17.5. Language: These Terms are prepared in English. If they are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
